Quatra Associates, Inc. is a sales representative for Semiconductor and

Electronic Component Manufacturers servicing Arizona, New Mexico,

Clark County, Nevada and El Paso, Texas.

In 1978, Quatra Incorporated (a Colorado Corporation) was co-founded by

Gary Thompson and three partners with headquarters located in Colorado. After a three-year partnership, Gary decided to split off from his partners in order to

embark on his own company. As a result, Quatra Associates, Inc. was incorporated

in Arizona in August, 1981 with Gary as the sole owner and president. Quatra

Associates has grown into a very successful and well respected company. We pride

ourselves on establishing a strong working relationship with design engineers at

all major accounts allowing us to identify the required products and to qualify

sources at the early stage in product development. This investment in the future has

provided steady growth during generally flat conditions for the industry and above

average growth during good market conditions. Also key to the company's success
